Use this chart to get an idea of what your child eats in 1 week.

Cross out a blue square for each food item. You can write in what foods under each cooresponding day and meal.

At the end of 1 week, if you see only a few blank squares, Great Job! Keep up the good work!

If you see several blank squares, you can offer more of these types of foods to your child's diet.
